By accessing or using Nativo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity under your account.
Service scope
Nativo provides language-learning features based on your recordings and generated learning materials.
Data processing consent
To provide the service, we store recordings in Cloudflare R2, user/learning data in Supabase, and send audio/transcript content to processing providers such as OpenAI for transcription and lesson generation. By using Nativo, you consent to this processing and storage.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate laws, or upload harmful/illegal content.
Generated output disclaimer
Generated transcripts, translations, and feedback may contain mistakes. You should not rely on them as professional or legal advice.
Recording consent
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record and upload audio. Do not upload recordings of other people without appropriate permission.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risks, legal reasons, or serious Terms violations.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
